Father Brian announces that he has been asked by the Franciscan leadership to become the new pastor of a parish in Manhattan, New York City. Despite his love for St. Camillus Parish, he has accepted the request and will serve until July 27 and 28. A new, experienced pastor has been nominated and will start on August 1st. Father Brian expresses gratitude for his years at St. Camillus and extends his blessings to the community.
